Our theme for the month will focus on how start-ups and micro businesses (under $1m in revenue, under 10 employees) grew into Market Dominating firms. During our research into the characteristics of fast and sustainable growth, we found these 6 elements present in all the market dominating company's. That doesn't mean each responded in the same way, in fact we had to really drill below the surface to find the 6. They all asked and answered these questions, the difference was their answers.
Inside you will find the Report Overview (page 3.11) that summarizes the 6 Elements with a link for a more detailed description (pages 4.11 - 9.11). We tried to write each element with sufficient detail to analyze your business and see what is missing or needs further refinement. On the cover of this month's eZine, we are displaying our alpha reader to move from paper to electrons. We are testing several eBook platforms to determine where to bundle our entire library and offer it as another business tool.
Finally we are announcing our latest partnership with VASCUPP (Virginia Association of State College and University Purchasing Professionals). This is great group of people dedicated to improving the performance of Small Women and Minority owned businesses (SWaM's). We are conducting a study on the characteristics of successful SWaM's for Winning Business, Servicing Business, Repeat Business and expect the preliminary results late in the month. Look for that information as part of the December Issue.
